The questions studios ask first
No, unless you want them to. I don't contact your clients, credit myself on their sites or list them in my portfolio, and I'm happy to sign your NDA. If one of your clients ever approaches me directly, I turn the work down and point them back to you.
You send the design for one page. I build it in your theme and conventions and deliver it for review. If it isn't what you expected, you don't pay. If it is, it's billed at the agreed page price and we carry on from there.
A fixed price per page, agreed in writing before work starts: usually $150 to $250 for a page template, less for pages that reuse built sections. Fixes on live sites start at $99, monthly hours at $900, and white-label care plans at $59 a site a month.

I'm Abhinav Saxena, based in India. I keep US working hours for calls and replies, and work arrives as drafts or a pull request you review, so nothing reaches your client before you approve it.
